Stuart and Nicola are at that exciting age - off to uni! The family enjoyed a fantastic holiday in America and this became an obvious theme for the backdrop to their portraits. The reference photos were taken in their back garden. Their portraits were created along with the highly stylised background of Yosemite Park, drawn using their holiday snaps as reference. The dramatic colours were specifically chosen to blend and contrast with those of their newly decorated dining room. |
